Who We Are

Khanyiswa Gcolotela, an attorney with more than 23 years of legal experience, is the managing director of the firm. She oversees and maintains the smooth operation of the firm. K Gcolotela and Peter Incorporated’s directors have combined legal experience totalling more than 30 years.

The firm employs personnel with knowledge in various legal sectors and is well-staffed to provide clients with a personalized on-boarding experience. Each department is overseen by a director or senior associate with extensive knowledge and legal expertise in each field.

Three active directors, 3 senior associates and 2 consultant make up the leadership of the firm. We take pride in being a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor and being led by powerful female attorneys. We also have an in-house researcher who is responsible for gathering and disseminating the most recent statutes, regulations, law reports and case law.
